"Ravenous Doubts": Mana Leech recovers based on other Damage Types damage as well as Physical damage "Consuming Questions": You cannot Recharge Energy Shield Mana Leech effects also Recover Energy Shield But I cant leech shield with "other Damage Types damage". Only physical damage leech mana and shield at same time. "Other Damage Types damage" can only leech mana. Thats all. The ES recovery from Mana Leech function isn't bugged. All sources of Leech inherently cease if the resource is full. Because of this, ES won't be recovered if your monk has full mana.
Full Mana = No Mana Leeched = No Energy Shield Recovered. Consider making your Leech Instant with these gloves. I hear that fixes the problem:  |
