Move Warp to Town under Travel to Hideout

Could you move Warp to Town to somewhere under Travel to Hideout (in the map)? I think that the hideout button should always be at the top. I go to hideout more than I go to town. I already have the muscle memory to click it where it was. What does everyone else think? Anyone else having the same problems?
