[NEEDS FIX] Gems don't reserve spirit if socketed in the Purity of Fire aura

Hello,

Socketing support gems like Vitality, Clarity, Precision, Cannibalism,etc., into the Purity of Fire aura granted by a sceptre will cause them to not reserve any additional Spirit. I believe this is unintended; likely a bug. Someone just told me today that these gems stop reserving extra Spirit when socketed directly into the Purity of Fire aura. I tested it, and they stop reserving spirit when placed there.



here I saved 55 Spirit just by moving those support gems into the Purity of Fire aura.. (hope that you can see the screenshot)

Maybe this bug also applies to different auras, who knows.
I believe this to be unintended. Or am I wrong?

Chayula Monk's "Into the Breach" has the same result (no spirit for supports).

Why report a bug that's in the player's favor when there are countless bugs in the game that actively make our experience worse? Just accept the win and wait for them to figure it out themselves. Glad i decided to keep my + spirit chest pieces after i figured this out just in case.

Also, I tried this with the crit weakness and energy shield sceptre auras and both of those do cost spirit when you put these support gems in.

Because I'm interested in a final product that plays as intended, whether it's in my favor or not.

I'm an old-school player who wants to play the game as intended. I personally don't enjoy abusing unintended mechanics. Maybe it's just me, but I simply can't be happy knowing that I'm tailoring my builds based on bugs or exploits.
