Quantity of Waystones is kind of irrelevant now?
Something is off with the Quantity of Waystones mod in the Atlas tree.
I am pretty casual considering I have yet to do endgame bosses and complete the breach etc trees, that said at level 90+ and have no problem of maintaining tier XV waystones. There is a perhaps too obvious chance for the last rare to drop a waystone since one of the recent patches. Though I am happy I can sustain tier XV maps easily, I don't like how the last rare is often the one who will drop a map. It takes away from the highs and lows of finding stuff. It also makes the Quantity of Waystones mod kinda irrelevant? I think I have only "Constant Crossroads" active (10% increased Quantity of Waystones) in my atlas tree and I get 1-2 tier XV maps per run. Sometimes essence rare, and chests drop a map as well. I dont know what the solution is but the game would be better overall by simplifying the bloat, I would just remove the nodes and simplify the atlas tree. Dernier bump le 10 mai 2025 à 21:42:28

I'm happy with the last rare having an increased waystone chance. I thought it may be tied to checking off all 'extra content' for a zone. Either/both is fine.
For players that like to take it slower/explore the full map, I think some type of bonus for "0 Monsters Remain" should be implemented. More to your point, I have noticed an uptick in my overall waystone amount after funneling points into those minor nodes on the atlas. I think they work well.
