Map diversity

Some maps are clearly less common on the atlas than others. and I don't mean citadels and their exclusive surrounding maps. For instance, across both leagues so far, I will run 50 Augury or Seepage for the chance to run just one Cenotes or Wetlands.I get probably 25 Steppe for every one Willow. Why? It's not just randomization. It felt too skewed the first league, and it seems quite obvious now with a reset atlas that some maps are considered 'rare' despite being normal maps. Can we maybe give all maps the same approximate chance to spawn? because there are like 6-8 maps that are so common that it feels like they are the only maps in the game. I mean I just love to find citadels at this point, not because of the fragment drop, but because it means I can do a Foundry vs 100 Factory, or a Necropolis after what feels like 100 Augury or Seepage runs. It's starting to make me enjoy the atlas less and less. PoE had so many maps they couldn't even all be in the rotation at the same time. That did wonders to breaking up the monotony of the grind. I don't expect GGG to have 500 maps in early access, of course, but at least make what does exist equal in terms of spawn weight on the atlas. And maybe make make the size of the circle in which the citadel specific maps can spawn in bigger so a few more around each citadel is something different. Am I alone on this? Again, I realize the atlas is random but clearly even the core maps have weight values. That's lame as it stands today.

I dont know this 100% for sure but Im pretty sure that all maps have the same spawnrate but it depends more on the biomes.
Sandspit is such an example which afaik can only spawn next to water so naturally there will be less of it because most of the atlas is on land.

I think a good idea would be to add a "semi rare" item that you can use to either reroll or skip a map. There are certain maps you dont like or that are bad for your build and it can get kinda tedious traveling trough the atlas if your unlucky and getting the same map several times that you dont like.
Think that could be a good fix as long as they dont make it too common so you can just skip every map except sandspit.
