Cant to play character

Played in a pack, a friend died on the map without the ability to revive, I was playing on aurabot because of which the opportunity to kill the boss was not, because of which the decision was made to leave the character. However, after entering another character, the original remained on the map, which is already closed and now the game does not let me enter for the character giving the error Error:Failed to join any instances
