Ritual needs more tuning

A couple thoughts on the Ritual mechanic and some further tuning it could possibly use.

- After 5 days and 15 hours played in Softcore SSF, I still haven't seen an Audience With the King. I unfortunately have not tracked how many ritual windows I have seen but I have collected 3 Omens of Whittling and 2 Omens of Greater Annulment. I have seen an Omen of Dextral Annulment but I was unable to defer it with my 3500 favor, which leads to my next point.

- Why does an Omen of Dextral Annulment cost 23,000 favor? It makes the deferral cost impossible to pay without any of the Ritual Atlas Passives. It feels really bad to be shown one of the rarest omens only for it to be too expensive to defer and purchase. It would be nice to bring the cost down so the rarest omens could possibly be deferred even without the passives.

- Are Ritual tablets rarer than the other tablets? I've never seen one in the Ritual Favor windows and I'm guessing they only drop from the monsters that spawn in the inactivated Ritual circle. Their drop rate seems like it could be improved.
