Drops disappearing

HELLO GRINDING GEAR GAMES TEAM,
My drops in game are magically disappearing. The items will disappear if i dont loot them fast enough and i am not using any loot filter. If i pick them and throw them out i am not able loot them back too. I CANNOT PLAY AT ALL IF I AM NOT ABLE TO LOOT ITEMS AND IF YOU CANNOT FIX THIS GARBAGE BUG PLEASE REFUND ME THE SUPPORTER PACKS I BOUGHT. Are you sure the "hide all loot" button isn't bound to something you don't realise you're pressing |

" There's an option under the Gameplay tab called "Always Highlight". When enabled, labels for items and other things--like strongboxes, portals, and chests--will always be displayed. Sometimes the labels can cause a lot of clutter on screen, whether it be a lot of items in one location or a large tooltip for a strongbox hiding items behind it, so labels can be hidden by disabling this option. Because going into the options screen to toggle this option every time would be tedious, there is an action you can bind for toggling it. The action, and its default binding:  |
