POE2 Crashing when using map device at end game

Hi, i am unable to access the map device during end game
it crash my game when i access it with my character, it used to be fine.

when i switch my standard character, i have no issue accessing it.
but when i switch by to my amazon, the screen freezed and crashed at the moment i click on the map device.

please assist.
