Time Lost Diamond Vanished. Checked all possible places

I went to unsocket my time lost diamond and went back to my inventory and it wasn’t there, thought maybe I didn’t unsocket it but went to my tree and indeed it was unsocketed. I have checked EVERYWHERE. I checked every socket on my tree, my stash, my inventory, the reforging bench, delirium anointing tab, as well as all my other characters inventories and skill trees. Nothing. I have reset my game and console multiple times. It literally vanished. I even went back on my gameplay and I see once I unsocketed it just vanished. Completed bizarre and I’m pulling my hair trying to find it. I even tried the reclaim jewel command and it says no jewels to reclaim. Hoping someone else had a similar issue that can help out.
