[BUG] Magma Barrier does not count as melee despite tag

I observed this via the support gem Heavy Swing which did not increase the damage for the magma spray.
I also observed this via the Fire Spell on Meele Hit which does not increase the energy when hitting enemies with the magma spray.

I think this should be fixed. There are many other skills which are way "less melee" and still profit. Moreover, the description has the tag Melee
