Mouse and keyboard not allowing attacks

During bossing and map clearing there are occasions following a large critical hit where I clear a screen or stun a boss, when I become unable to make attacks with my mouse or keyboard based controls. I can still move and dodge roll, but none of the keyboard or mouse based controls for attacks will work. The condition last for a variable amount of time from a few to 20 seconds. I have to run around dodge rolling a spamming a stab command until it becomes available again. This condition has existed since the last patch. I am on my deadeye ranger using spear based attacks.

I have heard nothing about fixing this issue, and it is about to be a reason for me to quit playing. In the last two days, I have gone into a similacrum and died because the game will not allow me to do any actions other than dodge roll or move. Thus, the keyboard and mouse both work, yet I cannot do any other actions. In both activities, I was eventually surrounded and killed. There is a known bug here that others have reported, but you are not even giving us the time to let us know you are working on it. Please fix or you will lose another early access player.
