Stuck on infinite loading screen

One of my characters is stuck on an infinite loading screen screen. I’m able to load other characters just fine but this one is just sitting there, trying to load trials of chaos forever. I’ve forced closed. Cleared cache. Turned my Xbox off and on, and left it off for 5 min. I’m on series x and would love to get this fixed without having to reinstall the whole game again. Anyone have any ideas please?! Thanks.
