The Phaaryl Megalith - Map failed after completion - lost points from book

After I completed the unique map - The Phaaryl Megalith

While inside the map , I used the atlas skill book and received 2 points. I was browsing my atlas for a few minutes. Got disconnected.

I login back , my loot seems to remain, but points are gone and map is considered failed.
