Time to wipe those RMT price fixers off the game

When I was mapping, that fella whispered me to buy something, so I tele back to hideout to trade. He then said the item was too expensive with trade window open, then I said not negotiable and went back to mapping. This fella then got 5 other accounts to spam whisper my item until I ignore them all. This is harassment, and reporting to GGG did nothing because the accounts are still active.

While we're at it, we need to ban those 24/7 hideout streamers who accumulate unexplained wealth.
