Freeze and reload killed me on the Breach boss

Froze, reloaded with the cogwheels, my character had obviously moved and was dead.

Same issue here and now it just happened at the citadel end boss. When I was reloading back in I was dead, killed during the loading process. Veeery fun, indeed.

At least 10x a game session since .2 for me. I have a feeling this is going to be the new never fixed issue.
