Waystones bug

Hey,

I'm letting you know about a bug related to waystones. Generally, on tier 12, waystones of higher levels stopped dropping for me and for a good few hours of playing I wasn't able to get to a higher tiers. The mechanics related to bosses, where they should drop waystones one level higher than the one the boss was defeated at, didn't work at all. The problem was solved when I bought tier 13 waystones from someone and only then did the bosses start dropping tiers higher (once so far so I don't want to jinx it but I hope the problem is solved for good). In any case, I'm letting know about the bug.
