Voltaic Mark and Magnetic Salvo do NOT use the controller targeting system

This has been an issue since EA launch. Any chance someone from GGG can comment on this and confirm the issue is being looked at?

Unlike basically every other skill in the game, Voltaic Mark and Magnetic Salvo do not fire in the direction of your target and instead just cast whatever direction you are facing, making it hard to mark a specific target and hard to cast while moving.

Voltaic Mark is not even listed on the new controller targeting list (where you can set skills to Melee or Ranged targeting)

Magnetic Salvo IS on the list but does not obey the settings. Setting it to ranged mode (aka locking on to a target) does nothing.
