Cast on Dodge Spell animation bug

When using blink with cast on dodge and a spell that travels ie; frost bolt, eye of winter, fireball. the animation for the spell and the actual damaging portion of the spell are out of sync. this is easiest to test and see with frostbolt as the ground and bolt separate and the chilled ground shows where the actual damaging component of the spell is. The ground effect for where the spell actually is locks to the cursor and the animation locks to where the character is facing.
