Loot disappearing after patch 0.2.0g

Xbox player, after the most recent patch on 5/1 any loot on the ground disappears after several seconds. Any loot I drop out of my inventory immediately disappears instead of dropping onto the ground. Anyone else experiencing this?

Check your “Contextual” 1, 2, and 3 skills on the submenu. One of them turns off items. They all turn on and off different interactions to adjust visibility when you want and are auto equipped on the second skill bar.
