Crash when weapon swapping into skin skill

When using Thaumaturge Plasma Blast effect and swapping into it the game crashed almost 100% of the time, then after swapping with X it only randomly happened.
then when playing with friends the 3rd time it happened while in a party, each time i connected the game crashed for the whole party.

i think it could also be related to my dual passive tree as in one i have passive nodes that let me have extra totems and in the other passive tree i don't have those nodes.

i have videos of some of the times it happened if they are needed.
