Game optimization issues

Hello GGG, my computer configuration is 7800x3d+4070s. In theory, the configuration should not be bad. Why is my fps only 30-40 when I play the alien map of T16? Is there any way to optimize it? Or is there something wrong with the optimization of the game? Can you recommend some ways to make the screen smoother for me?
