Bug report: Whirling Slash targetting issue

1) Skill doesn't inflict damage if target is behind of a small object thats not even blocking the sight. This is also visually bad and feels clunky.
2) It also doesn't deal damage if target is not at same elevation level as yourself, even if height is slightly different.

If you are fighting on a slope in any map, dealing damage to target is sometimes impossible without luring them to flat area - skill just doesn't deal damage eventhough target is sticking in front of you.
