Client crashing after teleporting into Copper Citadel; Can't load back into game on that character

As the title says, my client is crashing when attempting to load into the Copper Citadel. I clicked on the portal in my hideout, loaded into the map, my character took a couple steps toward the first bridge, and then the client crashed. I attempted to log back in and it crashed again without loading in. I cleared my client cache - same issue. I verified game file integrity - same issue. I restored game settings to default - same issue.

Please help. :)
