atlas bug

I am at 36/40 atlas points and can't get a book to drop on corrupted nexus to gain the last 4 points.

In game message says that said I get 5 atlas points. Went to use them, only got 2.

Completed a T9 map for atlas quest just now. No drop, quest still wants it completed. 0 monsters remain, map completed, no extra content. effective fail.

I came here for this. I'm the same, except I'm stuck at 38/40 Atlas Points. I've tried all levels of Nexus and they don't give me book for the last 2 points.

Update #1:
Okay, so I think I figured it out. Unique Maps give us 2pts each and there are 5 total. So we get 30 from the Corrupted Nexus (6 tiers), and 10 from unique maps (5x2pts each). So I think the confusion is that we didn't do all of our unique maps, only completed all of the Corrupted Nexus.
