Purchased Supporter Packs and Mystery Boxes but items are now missing?

When accessing my cosmetics I can no longer see the items that I received for purchasing the supporter packs and any items that I received from Dawn of the Hunt Mystery boxes. Under unlocked it states that I already own these items but requires me to purchase them again for 50 points. I was able to see and equip them before...what changed?
