Omen of Secret Compartments being consumed, doesn't allow reopening a unique ornate strongbox

As the title suggest, activating Omen of Secret Compartments in your bag doesn't let you reopen a unique ornate strongbox but still being consumed regardless.
I'm not sure whether this also apply to other unique strongboxes, might be worth checking out.

Addendum: The strongbox was also corrupted
