Decaying Hex do not scale with increased Chaos damage

I'm glad you keep increasing the intelligence multiplier every patch, but I guess the main problem is that the damage do not scale with increases to chaos damage (also no increase with purple flames of chayula, etc.).

I think the support gems have to have their own ability on them to be scalable.
