Blackscreen while beeing Ingame

I currently have the problem (since the latest update with the improved loot) that when I'm tabbed into the game, I get a black screen. However, when I press the Windows key, I can see the image. The same happens when I tab out.

Previously, I never had such issues, and I can't change the display settings since, as mentioned, I always have a black screen within Path of Exile 2. The graphics card driver is up to date. Does anyone have a solution?
