Blink enabled for 2nd weapon set doesn't work

Prior to the patch, blink aura enabled for 2nd weapon set worked after switching to the 2nd weapon set. Post patch though, blink doesn't do anything even after switching to 2nd weapon set.

Do you have second wind in blink? ;)

If you do, remove the second wind and put it back and it works again ( untill it breaks again)

Made a post about it earlier already and it was like that already before this patch... I just never bothered to report it.

I think it has something to do with the CDR timer for the 2 charges of blink thats screwing up. The trigger for starting the cooldown timer that just stops working.
