impale debuff cannot be triggered

I have bloodhunt linked with impale. Before the new patch(0.2.0.g), impale debuff can be triggered by every hit and seen under the name of rare and unique monsters. However, after the new patch, the impale debuff only triggers sometimes and does not trigger for most of the time, although the impale chance is 100% in skill panel.I didn't change my items or skills.
