Where are my atlas points?

Hello, I encountered the following problem:

When I entered the game after the update, I had +2 points in my atlas that I didn't have before, after distributing them, I wanted to further increase the atlas points, I have a task to complete 4+ waystones.

I completed level 5 stone, they didn't give me skill points, I ignored this, deciding that the 4th stone could work, but after that I didn't get points, I closed everything correctly, as before.
