Atlas skill book says gives 5 points, but actually gives only 2

I just did a unique map on 0.2.0g patch, and the quest item said it should give 5 points, but it only gave me 2 points.

Hi, to stay on the bugs of the new update, I still only have 2 points by Nexus completed, I just did the next Nexus level, I didn't get any points, and the quest log didn't update. Finally, I've just made a breach and no mob has appeared :-(

Same here, the quest item was an atlas skill book II (obtained by unburrying the Capatin's treasure of the Island)
