Remnants of Power Atlas Node Bugged? - 20% of double effect of Precursor Tablets on your map

I chose this Node in Atlas. Then I place 3 different precursor tablets Irradiated, Overseer, Breach into the tower eg. 16% waystone found, 7% item quantity, etc.

When I apply the precursor tablets, I was expecting some maps (20% +/-) within the tower influence to show with double the effect eg. 32% waystone, 14% item quantity, etc.

However, when I mouse over every single map within the tower influence, they are ALL the same as the initial precursor tablet values eg 16%, 7%, etc. No doubling, not even 0.1% of the maps!

How I'm suppose to understand the use of this node and the interaction with precursor tablet? Or would the effect only takes place AFTER I use a waystone?? That shouldn't be the case as it says Precursor tablet?

Is Node working? Bug?
