stuck on final trial of chaos

I finished all trial of chaos for 4th ascendant. then I can not exit from here. the NPC doesn't let me out. I even restarted game, which doesn't work either.
Does anyone know how to solve this ???

My character need to out from here\\\\\\\\!!!
