Ancestral Warrior Totem lag

Hello,

I started playing Ancestral Warrior totem build and when I place totems the game seems to freeze for a second. The problem is, it happens every 5 seconds rendering game unplayable. I did not have this problem before changing the build to ancestral totem. FPS does not spike when it happens. Stable over 100 FPS
Even when I set all graphics to lowest the problem still persists.

Intel i7 8700
Nvidia Gforce GTX1080ti
32 GB ram
Windows 11 Home 64bit
Internet connection - 1TB

Does anyone have similar issue?
