Missing Atlas Progression Points after Patch

This evening, after the 0.2g patch was installed, I completed a T14 corruption Nexus with my character for the first time. The dark angel spawned after killing the last Rare, and I killed it.

However, Doranyi didn't appear to drop the Atlas crystal that awards the next 2 Atlas points.

The quest for the next Atlas challenge did progress to T15, only the Atlas point delivery failed.
