HIdeout instance bug?

Hi,
So quite often when i invite someone in my party for a trade, they appear as in my party IN MY HIDEOUT, but GRAYED OUT. So i decided to go to their location just to test and i landed in my own hideout with the party member (the one that's grayed out initially). So i'm assuming it puts party members into a different hideout instance for some reason. Don't have an ID for bug report but letting you know.
