Bug Report ID: #3429242653 - RESOLVED + Life on Gear Not Working

RESOLVED: Gear items with + # Life modifier appear to raise the Max Life, however actual life will not go beyond base value. Example: If you have 1000 base life and equip an item with +100 life, the Max life counter will change to 1100. However you cannot heal/pot/well beyond the base 1000.

I died, went afk and noticed when I came back that it's working again. It was going on for about 30 minutes so def not a debuf. Strange.

As I'm playing it seems to be coming back. Im currently stuck at 1581/1685. Not sure why

Problem has returned. If I remove all gear with +# Life, life drops to my base 1263. As I re-equip gear, the max number rises to 1685, but I cannot get the current life number to climb beyond the base 1263. If I pot, the life bubble will briefly go to 100% then instantly drop back to 1263.
