2 Player Split screen

Wife and I are playing together on one computer.

2 issues:

New issue since last patch is that making changes like using skill points, and placing skill or support gems stops working and only works after rebooting the game and shortly after it stops working again. Basically every time we get a level up we have to reset the game.

I wasn't like that before the prior update.

2nd issue I'm sure is more known.

We were supposed to be able to play split screen on one computer using 2 accounts. Would love to be able to have our characters linked to our own accounts.
