REFERENCE ID - 2,678,320,769 - OMEN OF AMELIORATION

Not sure if it's the update or not, but omen of amelioration seems to not be working. Died twice with two separate omens set in my inventory and still does not trigger.

I wouldn't care so much if I wasn't level 90+, but losing 20% is equivalent to like 8+ hours of waystone grinding.

What do?

Only one Omen can be used per area. If another Omen of any type triggered in your zone, any other Omen will not work.
