Omen of Amelioration doesnt work sometimes

Anyone getting this bug of the amelioration doesn't work sometimes? I've lost a lot of experience because of this bug. Thank you

It only works once per instance / map.

If you had 3 in your inventory, only one will get used in that map, and the next death will be as if you had none active.

I've experienced this MANY times. I was 80% to lv97. I'm back at 0 now. I've probably wasted 20 divines worth of Omen of Amelioration.

"Skill issue" some might say to me. Sure. That or if GGG didn't nerf the @#$!% out of my class. I'm a casual player, so I understand POE was never intended for losers like me who have a family and have actual jobs. They prefer those who can grind and blast their way, throwing endless hours into leveling (and releveling) new toons.

I have no desire to level a new toon in order to try to take advantage of some other bugged mechanics that you plan to "fix" in the future and make impotent next league.

Oh, but yes. Omen of Amelioration works about 67-75% of the time... if you're lucky.

Same issue with omens, I just died and the Amelioration didn't go off, same thing sometimes with Omen of Resurgence.

Same answer. Only one Omen can be used per map.

1 Map - 1 Death(NOT SECOND One) - Omen on ( Omen left On - 10% EXP). Dont be so smart to right about second death, only people who know somthing about the game left in. Moast casual players deleted ot already long time ago.

Omen of Amelioration have conflict with omen of Refreshment --> if Refreshment triggered, Amelioration Bugged and Remains Switched on = you loose 1 Hour of Farm 10% Exp in late game...

Then don't use Refreshment if you'd rather have Amelioration on.
It is working as described.
