Bug. I can't complete the trial of Chaos in cruel because it automatically sends me to the NON-cruel " The Trial of Chaos" area.

Why is this a problem?
I can't interact with the Map Device until all the mandatory quests are completed, and I am not able to finish the cruel chaos quest.

I go to CRUEL 'The Temple of Chaos'
I put in a lvl 44/54/69 Ultimatum
I enter
It puts me into the pre cruel 'The Trial of Chaos' area
When I finish the trial it recompletes the NON-CRUEL act 3 Ultimatum area

This is softlocking my account. I really want to enjoy the endgame but I am unable to access it. Please fix this. No clue why the cruel ultimatum is a mandatory quest in the first place... Please do something... I love this game and I really want to play it more. Let me know if you need any additional information

BIG UPDATE

Apparently I was stuck because I had to use the map device in the past encampment instead of hideout

Still the ultimatum quest is uncompletable but that is a seperate bug from what was preventing my progression.
