Omen of Whittling !!!BUG!!!

As the title says, i had a breach ring that was bought for a lot and upon using the Omen of Whittling, a specific "%increased chaos dmg" prefix was highlighted in yellow/orange.

When applying the omen, an attribute suffix got changed and completely bricked my item.

i have screenshots of me using the omen and what my item looks like now.

i can't believe this much grinding goes to waste.

it is worth noting that my item was fractured.

i need answers please.
