Strange disconnects.

Hey guys i am facing unusual issue with game.

Yesterday and today while i am playing PoE2 sometimes i'm getting disconnected and not being able to connect for 5~10 minutes.
So, this is the scenario:
Playing → ping goes to the «sky».
I log out → Trying to login → game stuck on Authenticating → then after ~30 seconds it sais «Opetation timed out»
Waiting for 5-10 mins → login successfull.

Trying different account (Wife's one) - works well
Trying enter incorrect password → getting «wrong password» instantly
Trying enter correct credentiansl for my account → stuck on Authenticating~30 seconds → getting «Operation timed out»

Last time this occured is ~16:51 moscow time 30.04.2025.

What is the interesting:
If i enter wrong credentials - it says «incorrect password» or «account not exist» (if i enter wrong e-mail).
I am using standalone client on windows 10.
I have started ping mail.ru -t (as example) in cmd to ensure that there is no connectivity issues from my internet provider.
BTW: my wife playing PoE2 from XBOX at same time and she'd not getting such troubles while i do at the same time.

Please, take this ticket precisely, i am hardcore player, it won't be fun if i die due to strange connectivity issue.
