Serious Bug Report - Untriggered "Sign of Improvement" and "Sign of Revival"

Dear GGG Support Team,

I encountered a very serious bug during my gameplay today. I had both "Sign of Improvement" and "Sign of Revival" in my inventory, but they were not triggered as intended. Despite reaching level 94 experience today, the items failed to activate, leaving me stuck at level 93.

Your technical team can verify this issue by checking my inventory logs-these two items are consistently carried in my backpack. This bug has severely impacted my progression, and I would like to request appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused.
