Utzaal map generation allowed reaching exit without meeting viper

As the title says, went through utzaal (in the past) in act 6 and reached the exit without ever meeting viper.

Exit is locked, can't interact with it. Still have Alva with me.

Not a major issue but I believe viper should be forced on the way to the exit.

Edit: found the boss, reached it from the back. Fortunately didn't get soft locked. The mode changed to walking and no attacking, but I was able to pass through the soldiers and trigger the cutscene.
