Can't tame 2 Rare Vile Vultures in act 2 Deshar

If they are not intended to be tamed then make them unique because now they fit all the requirements like it's a rare beast but you cannot capture them because they are scripted encounter

They had to disable them as companions/ spectres because they were bugged, their disappearing trick caused them to despawn all the time
