Fix Spark Stormweaver DPS

Either remove spark and replace it with another spell or give it some more oomph!

It is really poor in comparison to other classes from level 1 right through Endgame. The number of players choosing Stormwweaver should be an indication as to its overall DPS.

I accept that there are very clever players or players who have access to more powerful items from the get go to boost their DPS but not the average player.

I am sure the Devs are able to work out average DPS for each character class and can see Stormweavers are foobared!

Please fix Stormweaver DPS.

Its not because you cant one shot a T4 pinnacle boss, it means spark is useless...

You can easily find dozens of builds like this for sparks in O.2.

Its not about one shotting bosses, its about having parity with other classes starting at level 1. The miniscule number of Stormweavers in the game compared to Amazons, Deadeyes, Lichs and Smiths tells its own story.

Sad but true.

Long live the Stormweaver, were not dead yet.
