Trials of sekhemas still bugged

I complet3d 4 floor of trials of chaos first
Then i back tk sekhemas and try to complete tie 1 floor but i didnt get ascendancy points because i need to do 2 floors to get my second ascendancy i underestand this but

The mission keep saying usw the altar of ascendancy ble ble ble
Now i dropped barya coin on cruel that says

Number of trials :2 area level: 52
I beated boss then go to room with chests and altar
I opened a chests and want to go to second floor but the doors are not open


My coin says
Number of trials 2

SOOO WHY I CANT GET ON THE SECOND FLOOR AND WHY I STILL CANT GET MY SECOND ASCENDANCY

I still had a djinn barya
Area level 41
Number of trials 1
And it saying
Completing this ascension trial will grant aditional points

Dont care about this

But why i have no second floor doors when i used djinn barya with
2 number of trials
Area level 52

Whyyy? Im trying 900 times end this stupid trials and its still bugged
My mission still saying

Ascent to power
Use the altar to adcendancy
To obtain ascendancy points

But i cant interact with altar after 1st floor of trials



And i cant go to the second floor of trials when my coing saying
Number of trials: 2

I did one with 3 trials and boons and inflictions were inverted which made it unnecesarely tough. I took a pledge that should have added 3 minor boons and 1 affliction instead i got one minor boon and a whole list of afflictions. At the end of the trial my afflictions list was two pages long.
